Baudin Art & Design is a Single-Member LLC based in Portland, Oregon. I am Patrick and I offer a variety of documentation prep and coordination services to help you lighten your load. I provide flexible assistance that scales with the fluctuations in your project needs. Every deliverable is drafted for final review and approval by your Professional of Record, with a strict policy of confidentiality, data security, and neutrality (one party per project). I am available regionally and remotely.
My building industry career spans 20+ years — including 10 years of full-time experience under architects, contractors, building managers, and owners, giving me a broad perspective on how each party reads and uses Contract Documents differently as well as what lasts after the job site clears. I am a LEED AP who holds a Master's in Architecture from Harvard GSD, and a BA in Architectural Studies from UIC. As a former USAF aircraft mechanic, I bring military grade rigor and discipline to every project.
